Live Your Life Today
Live every day with a fresh new start
Start fresh every day and be happy with who you are and what you have.
When you wake up, make the decision that today will be the best day of your life every morning. Decide that nothing will get in your way, and you’re going to create everything you want. Then take action!
Make this the most productive day ever by doing one thing that makes you feel good each morning before you start your day. For example:
Wake up early and meditate for 10 minutes
Drink some water with lemon juice first thing in the morning
Go for a walk around your neighborhood or park before work.
Take 5 minutes to breathe deeply and visualize what you want to accomplish today.
We all have problems, but most of them are self-created. We spend a lot of time thinking about the things that aren’t working in our lives and even more time complaining about them.
The way I see it, there are two types of people: those who make things happen or those who wait for things to happen. If you’re waiting for something to happen, you’re not happy with your life. You have to make it happen!
Many people have a negative attitude about life and complain about everything that happens in their lives. They think every day will be terrible because they don’t have enough money or because their boss is mean, or because they didn’t get promoted at work.
They think everything will go wrong if one thing goes wrong, but it’s not true! You can still have a good day even if something unexpected happens.
Live in the Present
Live in the Present. This is one of the most important things you can do to live your life by living in the Present. It’s easy to think about what we have lost or what we don’t have.
It’s also easy to spend our time worrying about what might happen in the future, but this can take away from enjoying life right now. You only get one shot at living your life, so make sure you make the most of it by living in the Present!
We all know that it’s essential to live in the present and focus on what we have now rather than what we didn’t have or what might happen tomorrow – but it can be hard sometimes! So here are some tips for staying focused on enjoying life right now:
Make a list of everything that you love about your life right now and keep it with you to remind yourself how lucky you are.
Take time out each day to enjoy whatever makes you happy – whether it’s a warm bath, watching funny videos with friends, or reading a book on the couch.
Rather than think “what if,” believe “next time”
Life is full of uncertainty. But what if we start to think about the next time?
What if I fail my exam? What if my business doesn’t succeed? What if I get a divorce? What if I don’t get that promotion? We have all these thoughts running through our minds, but what if we change our thinking? Instead of asking yourself “what if,” ask yourself “next time.”
For example: What if I fail my exam? Next time, I will study harder and do better on the next one!
What if my business doesn’t succeed? Next time, I will work harder and make sure it does!
What if I don’t get that promotion at work? Next time, I will ask for it instead of assuming they will give it to me.
Discover your life purpose
one of the most important things is to Discovering your life purpose. It’s not just about finding out what you want to do with your life; it’s about discovering who you are and what makes you happy.
People’s biggest mistake when looking for their life purpose is that they try too hard or take the wrong approach. They want to discover their life purpose in a day, which is impossible.
The best way to find out your life purpose is by doing it every day. That’s why I wrote this book – so that you can start living your life by discovering your life purpose.
What is My Life Purpose?
Your life purpose is what brings meaning and fulfillment into your life. It makes you happy, makes other people happy, and brings sense into other people’s lives as well!
When you ask yourself, “what do I want to do?” or “what do I want my career to be?”. Those questions are more related to career choices or job descriptions than anything else.
Make Someone’s Day
This is the year when we are asked to think about others and give them gifts. But why wait for the holidays?
Making someone’s day can be done year-round, and it doesn’t have to cost you anything!
Here are some ideas on how you can live your life by making someone else’s day:
-Smile at strangers. It may seem like a simple thing, but it brightens their day and makes them feel good. Everyone needs encouragement sometimes, so why not give it away?
-Do something nice for someone else. Volunteer at a local shelter or soup kitchen or help someone in need. You could even do something as simple as helping an older adult cross the street or hold open a door for someone behind you in line at the grocery store.
-Send a card or note to someone who has been sick or needs some cheering up. They will appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this kind gesture more than you know!
-Give compliments freely! Tell people how great they look in their outfit or how much fun they seem to be having when they’re out with friends—it will make them feel good inside knowing that someone noticed them.
Discover your values
You have a choice in how you live your life. You can choose to live in a way that brings you joy and fulfillment or live in ways that bring you pain and misery. The choice is yours, and it’s one that you need to make every day.
If you want to live a joyful life, start discovering what makes you happy and what doesn’t. Only then will you be able to create the kind of life that will bring you joy every day.
Here are three simple steps for discovering what makes you happy:
Step 1: Take some time out for yourself this week (maybe on Saturday) and ask yourself the following three questions:
What do I like doing?
What do I dislike doing?
What could I do more? What could I do less of?
Design your ideal life
When you design your ideal life, you deliberately create a vision of the future that feels right to you. It’s like a blueprint that guides your decisions and actions.
The best way to begin designing your ideal life is by asking yourself three questions:
1) What is my ideal life?
2) What are my core values? And what do they mean to me?
3) What do I want to create in this world?
